2. Services Description

Funnelszone is a marketing and sales funnel-building agency. We design, build, and manage sales funnels, landing pages, CRM automations, and marketing systems on behalf of client businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to, funnel strategy, landing page development, automation setup, and campaign management.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications from Funnelszone, you agree to the following terms:

Consent: You expressly consent to receive text messages from Funnelszone at the mobile number you provided. This includes customer care messages (appointment/consultation confirmations, onboarding updates, project status notifications, and support follow-ups) and marketing messages (promotional offers, service announcements, and special campaigns). Per GHL/TCR requirements, marketing consent and non-marketing (customer care) consent are captured through two separate, individually-checked checkboxes — see Section 3a below.
Opt-In Method: Consumers opt in to receive SMS messages from Funnelszone by voluntarily submitting their contact information through the applicable unchecked consent checkbox(es) on the contact form at funnelszone.com, which is then logged in our CRM with timestamp, IP address, and source page.
